In this program, we will deliver our trusted, expert insights but tailor them to your specific needs. Intensive Training 

We begin the development process by leading your board through discussions and training sessions that educate but also determine the key focal points particular to your organization and your board. This stage both utilizes our educational insights but also lends our expert eyes to recognize what your board is doing right and what it needs to improve. 

Educational Manual 

Based on the discussions and our observations made in the first phase, we provide each board member with a Board Training Manual. These manuals are full of educational materials created with the purpose of ensuring members understand their roles, responsibilities, and how to improve the overall organization. 

Takeaway Action Plan

Planning is central to everything we do, and our goal is to instill that same philosophy in our clients’ organizations and businesses. We will always work through the specific needs of your organization and create a Board Action Plan for your specific organization. This plan will serve as a guide so your board has the resources necessary to continue to improve and implement our strategic recommendations.
